Preservation method of golden finger tape:

5. When loading and unloading conveyor belts, the best way is to use cranes and ropes with crossbeams to lift them smoothly, so as to avoid damage to the edges of the belts, and to avoid rough handling, resulting in loose roll sheaths.

7. The golden finger tape should be placed in rolls without folding. It should be turned every quarter when the storage time is too long.

8. Cleanliness is the basic condition for the good operation of golden finger tape. Foreign material will affect the eccentricity of the tape, the difference of tension, and even the breakage of the tape.

9. When conveyors are equipped with baffles and cleaning devices, wear and tear of polyimide tape should be avoided.

10. Do not make the polyimide tape snake or creep. Keep the tow roll and the vertical roll sensitive, and the tension should be moderate.

11. When the appearance of early damage of polyimide adhesive tape is found in use, the causes should be found in time to repair and avoid adverse consequences.
